Job Description
- Develop and execute integrated brand and communication strategies to enhance Ibn Sina Pharma’s market presence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Create, edit, and manage engaging content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in crisis communication and reputation management initiatives as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align communication efforts with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or marketing roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
