Data Validation Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Validation Specialist to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our data records. As a Data Validation Specialist, you will play a vital role in identifying and rectifying any inaccuracies in the system. You will independently verify data remediation results and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving data accuracy and process efficiency. Additionally, you will provide support for various projects, including data entry, scanning, and filing, to maintain system records and ensure compliance with relevant procedures, policies, and statutory requirements.

What you will Do!!

• Identify and remediate any inaccuracies, errors, or discrepancies found in the data.
• Independently review and validate the results of data remediation activities.

• Support projects and initiatives aimed at improving data accuracy, such as data cleansing, data migration, and system upgrades.
• Assist in updating and maintaining data records, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with established procedures and policies.
• Perform data entry, scanning, and filing of documents to update records and maintain an organized archive system.
• Adhere to statutory requirements and industry regulations while handling sensitive data and maintaining data privacy and security.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data validation procedures and processes.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on data validation best practices and processes.
