Job Description
-Develop an understanding of the client’s business, their products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors, and sales.
-Sound knowledge of both Offline & Online (Search, Social, Programmatic, Video and others) media and opportunities available & new innovations available.
-A good grasp of strategic communications planning and acting in a consultant capacity to the client.
-Be an analytical-first thinker with the ability to digest and analyze data in order to come to insights that lead to competitive advantage for our clients.
-To deliver communication strategies that result in competitive advantage for clients
-Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of media planning including performance marketing and eCommerce across multiple channels.
-Manage and maintain client relationships; become the day-to-day point of contact for clients.
-Lead on client communication, campaign planning, optimization and reporting across all offline and online platforms.
-Develop tactical performance planning presentations and media plans based on thorough data analysis, audience insights and consumer journey, understand business challenges and market changes, competitive landscape analysis, cost-efficiency optimization.
-Utilize data efficiently and derive insights for evaluating campaign performance, optimizations, and recommendations for upcoming campaigns.
-Provide guidance to the team in day-to-day tasks establishing effective processes for evaluating and tracking delivery of campaign KPIs.
-Proactively look for ways to improve campaign performance and introduce new approaches that will contribute to clients’ success.
-Be familiar with and use analytics tools and ad platforms to make informed decisions pertaining to campaign planning and performance.
Qualifications
-Minimum 7-9 years of agency experience in media planning including performance marketing.
-Proven experience in client management (this is a client facing role).
-Management experience of at least 2+ subordinates.
-Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights and provide data-driven recommendations.
-Familiar with and experienced in web and app analytics platforms, attribution models and other ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Snap/TikTok/LinkedIn/Twitter Ads Manager/GA) along with Offline Channel experience.
-Passionate about media excellence, proactive and has a hunger to drive results
