Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven track record of managing multiple real estate projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of the real estate development life cycle, from concept to completion.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations as needed.
