Job Requirements
- Certificate in human resources is preferred
- Proven experience in a relevant field
Experience:
- 2-4 years of increasingly HR experience, preferred to be in health care
Training & Knowledge & Skills:
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Strong written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
