Job Description

  • ● Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various business units.
  • ● Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • ● Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • ● Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment tools to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • ● Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • ● Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • ● Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports to inform management of hiring trends and outcomes.
  • ● Enhance employer branding initiatives to position Enable as an employer of choice in the market.
  • ● Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.
  • ● Continuously improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and candidate experience.

Job Requirements

  • ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ● 2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • ● Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
  • ● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • ● Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • ● Ability to analyze data and recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.
  • ● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • ● Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
