Job Description

Job Requirements
- ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ● 2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- ● Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
- ● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- ● Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- ● Ability to analyze data and recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.
