Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit for both role requirements and company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience; construction industry preferred.
- Skilled in full-cycle recruiting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiar with employment laws, compliance, and hiring best practices.
- Able to manage multiple job openings and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and job boards.
