Job Description
- Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements
- To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
- To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities
- To constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management
- Secure new customers who have not previously used our services,
- Retain existing client to increase volume and sales revenue,
- Participate in face to face meetings and introduce company services,
- Have continued engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts,
- Meet and exceed all sales KPIs as directed by the sales and marketing organization
- Conducts negotiations with the customer and pricing department to reach agreeable rates
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- At least 10 to 15 years of solid experience in the international sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent command of English
- Experience in customer relationship management.
