Job Description
- Study market to explore potential and targeted customers in order to increase business opportunities and achieve sales target.
- Participation of growth acceleration by expansion our customer base by building a long term relationships with existing and potential customers through a periodical visits.
- Analyze customers’ requirements and update status of every customer in the database regularly.
- Study competitors' products according to the level of quality with proposed prices & payment terms to be able to submit a competitive solutions
- Keeping up with the latest competitors' strategies in the market, so that potential threats can be identified.
- Keeping a successful negotiation with customers to achieve sales target with a highest profitability and optimum payment terms.
- Responsible for collection management of outstanding debts from customers to maintain proper cash flow and avoid overdue problems.
- Contribute in technical performance requirements by providing customers with all technical documents, samples and answer all technical inquiries for customers in a structured and comprehensive way.
- Review customer’s complaints by deep investigation in order to develop the required solutions in a professional way.
- Preparing and submit daily visit reports, weekly visit Plan and update customer map monthly.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Computer skills: Good command in MS office.
- 2-3 years of Sales Experience in raw material of Plastic & Paint industry.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Having a car is a must.
- Fluent in English.
