Job Description

Job Brief:

As a Front Desk Receptionist, will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Front Desk Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. 

Job Description:

  • Greet guests and provide them with the requested service.
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
  • Maintain records and files.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh College Graduates of 2019, 2020 & 2021.
  • Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce Major Business or Faculty of Arts Major Libraries & Science. كلية اداب قسم مكتبات أو كلية تجارة قسم إدارة أعمال
  • 0-1 Year Of Experience in secretary or administration field.
  • Alexandria Residents ONLY
  • Good English commands both written and spoken
  • Ability to use all MS office Tools ( Word / Excel / PPT) is preferable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and Multi-tasker with minimum errors.
  • Presentable & able to deal with people with different mindsets & languages.
  • Good Organizational skills.
