Job Description
● Assign orders to each delivery man.
● Follow up continually with the restaurants to make sure the orders is assigned to the right delivery man.
● Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information of different orders.
● Follow up periodically with each delivery man to be updated with anything that would happen through the delivery process.
● Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Advisor or similar role
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Service Advisor is a plus
