Job Description
- Generate new business leads, to acquire new clients.
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new promotions and sales initiatives
- Develop presentations/proposals for the clients.
- Follow the company sales plan & conduct different business activities to achieve the assigned targets.
- Identify business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals.
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
- Resolving key client issues and complaints.
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
- Strategic planning to improve client results.
- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
- Monitor client revenue stream to ensure highest client profitability
- Communicate client feedback for product improvement
- Maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling existing clients.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
- Generate reports weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- From 3-5 years of experience, at least 1 years in the Fintech/payment field.
- Has desire and commitment to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
- Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
- Communication skills. Communication involves listening, understanding, and asking questions to provide appropriate solutions
