Job Description

  • Generate new business leads, to acquire new clients.
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new promotions and sales initiatives 
  • Develop presentations/proposals for the clients.
  • Follow the company sales plan & conduct different business activities to achieve the assigned targets.
  • Identify business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals.
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints.
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic planning to improve client results.
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
  • Monitor client revenue stream to ensure highest client profitability
  • Communicate client feedback for product improvement
  • Maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling existing clients.
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
  • Generate reports weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • From 3-5 years of experience, at least 1 years in the Fintech/payment field.
  • Has desire and commitment to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • Communication skills. Communication involves listening, understanding, and asking questions to provide appropriate solutions
