Job Description
- Develop and maintain a framework of Data Classification (DC), accountability and protection of information assets
- Develop and maintain Data Leakage Protection (DLP) policies and procedures
- Ensure that all information owned, collected or controlled by or on behalf of the company is processed and stored in accordance with the applicable laws and other global regulatory requirements
- Serve as the point of contact to develop and drive any activities related to privacy and information security
- Carry out security evaluations for projects concerning personal data and privacy
- Collaborate with project teams to challenge, secure, and support their data usage
- Work with security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities.
- Stay current on IT security trends and news.
- Develop company-wide best practices for IT security.
- Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management.
- Stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field.
- 10+ year Experience in information security or related field.
- Experience in Data Loss Prevention Technologies and processes
- Experience working as Data Protection Officer
- 6+ year experience in Data Protection and Data Privacy.
- Cyber Security Certifications such as CIPT, CIPP, CIPM
