Job Description
Supervise and monitor finishing works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Review and approve finishing materials and samples in alignment with project requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to finishing activities on-site.
Conduct regular inspections and prepare progress reports.
Ensure finishing works are completed within the set timeline and budget.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to improve quality and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in finishing works (residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects).
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and standards.
Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
