Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Zikry seller Services products and services and track/report business performance and problem areas using appropriate metrics.
  • Work cross functionally with the account management team to fix problems with branches
  • Partner to define goals around key operational metrics
  • Recommend business actions based on analytical findings. Includes defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve branche  performance
  • Lead the cosmetic purchase section

The successful candidate will:

  • Update preferred list and push list according with company needs
  • Manage special offers with companies and special deals and companies annua contracts
  • Demonstrate intense customer focus and highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
  • Be sharp, analytical, and thoughtful. Thoroughly thinks through problems to come up with solutions.Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions.

  • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders.
  • Define goals for the program in line with the program objectives, develop an execution plan to exceed them
  • Serve as leader and point of contact for escalated contact resolution of a supervisory nature or complex problems
  • Work with the head of account management to finalize annual goals for the team and track the same on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis through the years
  • Ensure KPIs are published and reviewed on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and perform analysis on any behaviors / processes that could impact on data integrity

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • 3 years at least in a similar position in the pharmaceutical market
  • High analytical skills
  • Problem solver
