Job Description
- The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing working and construction details, and producing accurate architectural drawings for a range of projects including villas, high-end villas, and high-rise towers.
- It is highly preferable that the candidate has experience in these types of projects. The role also requires the ability to transform client needs into impactful sketches and design proposals, ensuring design intent is clear and visually compelling. The candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and other relevant architectural software, with strong skills in architectural documentation and visualization. The position involves refining and detailing architectural plans to support project execution while maintaining alignment with project goals and standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university (Higher Institutes not accepted)
- 2–10 years of experience in architectural design and construction for villas, high-end villas, and high-rise towers
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and related design/visualization software
- Strong drafting, detailing, and 3D modeling skills
- Ability to prepare accurate working drawings, construction details, and presentation materials
- Capability to produce concept sketches aligned with client needs
- Good understanding of building technology, materials, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and high-quality design standards
- Reasonable/intermediate level of English communication
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
