Job Description
Lead manage and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
Oversee day to day sales operations including property listings client follow ups and negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients brokers and developers
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance analysis for senior management
Provide training and mentoring to enhance team performance and sales techniques
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field
10+ years of proven experience in real estate sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market laws and regulations
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
