Senior Presales Engineer

Duties:

• He/she will be responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing customers on our products and custom solutions.
• He/she will be involved from the lead stage with the customer to understand, analyse and propose the suitable solution for the customer needs and participate in entire sales cycle from being a Lead until closure.

He/she should:

• Be able to design a solution that matches the customer’s requirements using our existing products, reusable components and define new services modules to offer a comprehensive solution
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the newest products` updates
• Maintain direct communication with the Technical Excellence Manager to validate the proposed solutions with the products’ structure.
• Have adequate background that will allow him to size the environment specification for cloud based on premise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with potential Clients to gather and analyse the technical and the business requirements.
• Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
• Able to deliver an end-to-end professional technical proposal with a clear scope and solution design.
• Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
• Develop professional presentable presales material like PowerPoint slides, product description, architecture documents…etc
