Oversee and manage daily steel production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of proven experience in steel production or a similar heavy manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of steel manufacturing processes, equipment, and industry best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage production operations effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in industrial settings.
Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production demands.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
