Job Description

  • Handle customer requests via all our all Instagram, Facebook, Shopify inbox and Email
  • make orders from our E-commerce platform for the customer 
  • Update customer requests sheets to our fulfillment speciaslt 
  • report to financial for customer refunds 
  • Create and maintain complete customer profiles
  • Personalize all customer interaction.

Job Requirements

  • Good in using computer
