Job Description
Experience not less than 17-18 years' in Structural & civil works
His duties & scope of work shall be but not limited to the following:-
1- Follow up with the structural consultant of each project.
2- Design review/ comment if any and approved the received structural design package of each project.
3- Preparing required tender documents for each project.
4-Prepar working shop drawings for the structural items.
5- Prepare bar bending schedule
(B.B.S).
6- Coordinate with other disciplines (Arch, MEP, INFRA, ....).
7- Cost breakdown analysis and budgeting for structure works.
8- Review and approved sub-contractor monthly invoices.
9- Value Engineering.
10- Managing and following up with his structural team.
