Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts/restaurants in the assigned territory.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase company products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams/supportive functions to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and the assigned channel performance.

Job Requirements
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
- Own car is a must.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and account management (Restaurants channel, coffee chains are preferred).
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
