Job Description
Scope-IMS is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually compelling solutions across a wide range of marketing materials and campaigns for our diverse client base. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of design excellence, translating client needs and marketing strategies into impactful visual content.
- Design and develop high-quality visual assets for corporate identity, business branding, promotional campaigns (digital, print, TV, radio), social media, and web marketing.
- Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, infographics, and other collateral.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and event management teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with strategic objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to client brand guidelines and Scope-IMS's quality standards.
- Prepare files for print and digital output, ensuring technical accuracy and optimal quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and new technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating design choices and incorporating feedback effectively.
Job Requirements
- +2 Years experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including branding, digital campaigns, and print materials.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time efficiently and meeting tight deadlines.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for innovative design.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
