Job Description
- Proactively drive focused improvement ensuring that operations meet expected results in a sustainable way, by implementing TPM (TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE) on all lines according to the structured and agreed plan.
- Strong understanding of Quality, Engineering Systems, Demand and Supply Planning processes and impact of the factory on the Supply Chain, and Lean Thinking and SEQA Continuous Excellence methodologies.
- Managing the business roll out plan, volume forecasting and budget controlling.
- Ensures that root causes analysis and detailed action plans are put in place to close gaps.
- Ensures that mid and long-term capacity plans are reviewed based on latest demand planning.
- Responsible for Operation project team leader, meaning integrating, motivating, providing feedback, coaching, developing, managing and evaluating team members and liaison with the steering committee and all the project's stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification required.
- Managerial experience in a major multinational FMCG
- Excellent knowledge of ISO9001 ISO2200
- Excellent Knowledge of successful deployment of new products or startup.
- Ability To Travel and Work in KSA.
