Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all tasks assigned by CEO.
- Support all administrative departments.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors.
- Answering and direct incoming calls.
- Processing paperwork, documentation, and filing.
- Organize and supervise office activities.
- Responsible for office purchasing orders.
- Assist in planning company meetings and events.
- Supporting related functions as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in business administration or any relevant field.
- At least 4 years experience in office admin/secretary.
- Interpersonal and communications skills.
- Problem-solving and analytic skills.
- Well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- IT knowledge is very welcomed
