Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all tasks assigned by CEO.
  • Support all administrative departments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors.
  • Answering and direct incoming calls.
  • Processing paperwork, documentation, and filing.
  • Organize and supervise office activities.
  • Responsible for office purchasing orders.
  • Assist in planning company meetings and events.
  • Supporting related functions as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in business administration or any relevant field. 
  • At least 4 years experience in office admin/secretary.
  • Interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytic skills.
  • Well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken. 
  • IT knowledge is very welcomed
