Job Description
- Monitoring standard clinical practices and professional patient management.
- Audit implementation of standard clinical practices and guidelines.
- Develop KPIs charts as per CPG implementation and compliance.
- Check quality of medical records and files, Morbidity & Mortality Review.
- Peer Review Meetings, Credentialing & Privileging committee.
- Participates in implementing the organization’s quality plan under supervision of the head of quality department.
- Participate in development & ensure implementation of policies & procedures.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Medicine, Dental, Pharmacy and Nursing.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the hospitals is a must .
- Experience in JCI & GAHAR accreditation is preferred.
- TQM Certification +1 year experience or CPHQ + 2yrs. Experience ( mandatory ) .
- Advanced knowledge in Total quality management, hospital & healthcare management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and management.
