Job Description
- Participate in setting and implementing marketing strategies: BTL, Social & Digital Media, PR, On Ground Activation, and setting and implementing marketing plan and calendar.
- Manage corporate relationship with external entities, example: Malls Management.
- Overlook Digital and Social Media Performance in accordance with agencies and freelancers.
- Report writing, including marketing performance, and status reports.
- Conduct marketing research (including Competitors Reports) and analyze trends to expansion.
- Conduct regular store visits (ours and others’) to assess new marketing opportunities.
- Handle on ground installations activation
- Collaborate with other division’s members in carrying out seasonal plan.
- Proactively assist in modeling new marketing ideas or practices that enhance marketing turnover.
- Monitor daily sales reports (Store and online) and highlight any issues or obstacles.
- Participate in setting marketing strategies, plans and moves.
- implement, and track marketing campaigns in collaboration with other team members, freelancers and agencies such as branding, social media, digital, website, print, in-store, on ground activation and PR.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor marketing campaigns
- Analyze and report the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Develop and create marketing content
- Write, proofread, and edit creative content across different mediums
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns
Job Requirements
- 3-5 Years as Marketing Specialist, with 2 last years in a senior position.
- Graduate, and preferably a holder of a specialized certificate in marketing.
- Fashion experience is a surplus.
