Summary of role The Product Owner will:
- Lead a team of highly talented engineers and designers to envision, prioritize and build innovative digital products that will shape the industry for a new generation of tech-savvy customers.
- His/her mission is to work closely with business sponsors to identify key pain points and to collaboratively design and build solutions that delight customers and empower internal staff.
- Product owners will have cutting edge tools and technology at his/her disposal and will work in a high-performing Agile team Responsibilities
- Work closely with designers and engineers to define and drive product vision and lead innovation in products with cross-functional teams and think creatively to deliver first class digital solutions that create rapid impact for employees, customers or advisors

Job Requirements
- Deep experience in digital product development and marketing
- Experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
- Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand
- Entrepreneurial sett-starter who is sett-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
- Demonstrates thought leadership and is able to influence at all levels in the organization
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and analytics
- Knowledge of Lead and Agile software development processes
- Expertise across all areas of digital acquisition marketing including PPC, SEO, Social, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and funnel optimization
- 7+ years of total experience including 5+ years of experience in product development and marketing
- Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand
- knowledge of Agile and lean software development process
