Perform estimation process of a project to have a better project planning.
Participates in triage calls and QA meetings.
Document testing standards and strategies.
Analyzes and reports overall test status and results.
Conduct defects management.
Develop a draft and execution of test plans.
Defines & implements quality process improvements focused on defect prevention.
Generate documentation based on new applications to share and train QA team members.
Demonstrate a good understanding of testing based on requirements/user stories.
Ability to read and understand requirements, specifications, and other technical requirements.
Able to mentor Junior Testers.
Should have knowledge and understanding of defect management tool such as JIRA.
Possess good interpersonal and good communication (verbal and written) skills.
Document test findings (test evidence, bugs, change request, etc., and requires details attention).
Develop and maintain test scripts, execute test scripts, and manage tracking/reporting systems
Analyze user stories to document test cases/scenarios as per the acceptance criteria and execute them and document the results.

Proven (4 – 7) years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
Experience in project management and QA methodology
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Strong organizational skills
An ability to work independently across multiple projects, and to meet deadlines.
An ability to rapidly grasp and apply complex business and technical concepts.
Entrepreneurial in your approach and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate easily with a diverse group of people.
Must have a sound understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Detail and project-oriented with a focus on quality and passion in the work at hand.
Postgres/MySQL db testing experience.
CSS, HTML, JavaScript front-end testing experience.
Expert with JIRA or similar bug tracking tool.
Unix shell basics.
