Job Description
- Studying and preparing technical offers and commercial subjects.
- Researching technical issues and find applicable solutions.
- Managing and processing customer orders with Very Good Communication.
- Visiting key customers to provide technical presentations and sales discussions.
- Learning about product updates and new technologies.
- Preparing price offers as per customers' requests.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Coordinate After sales requirements in offers with after sales department (spare parts – maintenance contracts - …).
- Additional responsibilities may include taking action to resolve problems, answering phones calls, and responding to e-mails.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- +3 years working in Maintenance contract and spare parts selling
- Must have a proven career in selling spare parts, after sales services and contracts
- Has a technical background in UPS CRAC unit is a plus
- Excellent English reading & writing
- Efficient technical writing for technical reports
- Excellent with MS Office
