Job Description
Planning & Strategy:
- Develop an annual content calendar covering digital and offline platforms.
- Create tailored content plans for Mersal projects, donor-focused initiatives, and revenue-generating services.
- Coordinate with Finance, PR, and project teams to align content with campaigns and priorities.
- Content Creation & Execution:
- Write high-quality content for fundraising campaigns, awareness initiatives, and branded materials.
- Create engaging copy for social media, advertising, donor communication, and storytelling.
- Produce targeted content for paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Lead content creation for seasonal, monthly, and awareness campaigns.
- Ensure content quality, consistency, and proper publication across all channels.
- Monitoring & Reporting:
- Prepare periodic content performance reports.
- Track engagement and effectiveness of campaigns and partnerships.
- Analyze social media performance and optimize content accordingly.
- Measure reach and impact of awareness campaigns.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
- Good command of English.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and storytelling.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
