Role Summary:
Implements and configures the D365 Commerce module to support omnichannel operations across the client’s physical and digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure POS, pricing, loyalty programs, promotions, and retail operations.
- Integrate Commerce engine with e-commerce, payment gateways, and third-party channels.
- Support CRP sessions and business scenario walkthroughs.
- Help optimize customer journeys and staff workflows at branch level.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in D365 Commerce or AX Retail.
- Experience in FMCG or hypermarket environments.
- Deep knowledge of POS rollout, device management, and UI personalization.
