Job Description
- Design , implement , and maintain LAN/ WAN infrastructure
- Install , configure , and maintain PCs , printers , and other hardware
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware/software problems
- maintain asset inventory for all IT equipment
- Administer file servers , emails servers , backup system , and user accounts
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of hands - on experience in IT and network support
- prior experience in construction , contracting , or multi -site operations is a plus
- Experience with site based IT support
