Job Description

Payroll & Personnel: 

  • Collect all the attendance reports from different attendance machines and/or the car GPS logs for all team members is the different sites.
  • Make the payroll sheet for all the team members in order to send it to the financial team for the final revision and implementation after the final approval from the HR Spec.
  • Prepare the attendance reports and time sheets for the site accountants in order to them to the team in the site.
  • Ensure that all team members’ HR Files are 100% completed based on the company’s requirements.

 

Social insurance: 

  • Pay the monthly payment of the social insurance on time.
  • Deliver all the team member’s requests regarding the social insurance work and documentation.
  • Receive all the paper work related to the social insurance office (new contract – resignation – etc.) and implement the needed changes (add or remove) for all team members.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Related, and HR Diploma is preferable.
  • Experience: 1-2 years, and preferably previous experience in universities, academic organizations.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office(word, excel, PowerPoint, etc..) , good communication, and Presentation Skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Reporting Skills.

Knowledge:

  • The knowledge of Labor Law no 12 for 2003.
  • Dealing with governmental sectors.
  • Social Insurance Procedures.
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel.
