Tasks:
○ Operational
• Thoroughly record of Check ins / outs of daily users of the common areas
• Answer questions by guests and on social media
• Handle administrative tasks that cater to private offices and virtual offices
• Handling of Meeting Rooms reservations and coordination
• Recording of daily income and expenses as well as handling of daily cash transactions
• Ensure a high level of cleanliness and security
○ Selling
• Conduct Office tours
• Create and send rent offers
• Handle relevant documents
○ Community
• Develop and maintain relationships with members, fostering a sense of community and providing support as needed.
• Create opportunities for the community and constantly brainstorm for newer ideas
Job Requirements
Needed Skills:
● Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
● Strong organisational skills
● Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and GSuite Tools (Google Workspace)
● Good command of English
● Creativity and Proactivity
