Job Description
- Handle end to end recruitment processes as per approved manpower plan.
- Design & develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and headhunting.
- Screen CVs and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
- Follow up on onboarding and probation periods.
- Provide weekly recruitment status reports to TA Supervisor.
- Assist in performance appraisal cycle administration.
- Support training needs analysis data collection.
- Help organize training programs and engagement activities.
- Support in OD activities.
- Support competency mapping and career development initiatives.
- Collect employee feedback and engagement metrics.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
