Job Description
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons .
Teach and develop students’ skills in reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary.
Follow the British National Curriculum and school schemes of work.
Prepare appropriate lesson plans, resources, activities, and assessments.
Assess students’ progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, independent learning, and effective communication.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
Track student progress and contribute to reports and parents’ meetings.
Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development and student achievement.
