Job Description

Hands of Hope is a Physical Therapy & Wellness hub, currently running 9 active locations in New York and around the state, strive to reinvigorate Physical Therapy adapting the latest technology in treatment and healthcare industry giving the best quality of care assisting our patients in their recovery journey and help them get back to their normal life faster.
We are looking for Business Development Specialist who ideally able to deliver outstanding sales pitches and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold and warm calls.
  • Daily lead generation, and performing extensive research to reach potential customers within the segmented criteria.
  • Proposal writing.
  • Market research and competitor analysis.
  • Deliver exceptional sales pitches, demos for prospective clients.
  • Effective, and accurate daily reporting to sales management.
  • Identify key decision-makers within the targeted leads and facilitate e-meetings to begin the sales process in co-ordination with BDM.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Performing surveys as directed by BDM within calls or emails, to retrieve and record valuable feedback from potential or existing customers, aiming to improve the customer experience, and for service development purposes.
  • Compile presentations, demos, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest the appropriate products and achieve productivity in each deal.
  • Strong phone and video contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation, ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters and remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Manage accounts of won contracts, from initiation to service delivery, and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Contributing to cross-selling and up-selling of new and existing accounts as assigned.
  • Market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the service is delivered as per the agreed upon SLA, and all customer requests are being fulfilled.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant discipline.
  • Fluency in English is an absolute must.
  • 1 to 4 years of sales or business development experience in a B2B business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm in Maadi.
