Job Description

  • working in 10 of Ramdan
  • Primarily focused on providing PA support to the Chairman
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Keeping track of actions and communications.
  • Coordinating, minute taking and logging actions for the periodically Board Meeting with appropriate follow-up.
  • Coordinating and booking meetings, keeping other staff members informed of Changes to plans.
  • Maintaining up-to-date contacts for the Chairman.
  • Make travel arrangements for the Chairman.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Organize and present information timely and accurately.
  • Organize the Chairman's calendar and arrange meetings.
  • Handling personal needs of the Chairman.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
