Job Description

  • Handle all Medmark inbound, outbound, welcome and renewal calls.
  • Provide excellent customer care by dealing with complex queries accurately and professionally.
  • Act as the first point of contact with customers to resolve any request.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in the English language is absolutely essential.
  • Bachelor of business administration or a relevant bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in customer serrvice is a huge plus.
  • Excellent in all Microsoft office tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to deliver and repeat information with the utmost attention to detail.
