Develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting the HORECA channel.
Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.
Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the management.
Conduct regular visits to existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with customers in alignment with company policies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Provide product training and support to clients to enhance product knowledge and usage.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities tailored for the HORECA segment.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Ensure effective communication between the company and HORECA clients to address inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in horeca sector
