Job Description
- Lead development team in implementation of custom application and unit testing using Django python, java and other modern technologies to deliver a web app/ Mobile Apps .
- Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle.
- Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
- Enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology.
- Custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended.
- Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand.
- Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity.
- Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress.
- Provide leadership and technical direction for the platform and the various products owned by the Tooling team including player management, telemetry, systems logging, permissions and debugging, dashboards and online services tooling
- Ensure all components are highly scalable, maintainable, and monitored
- Champion Demoware's standards of reliability and quality by using best practices in software engineering and modular design
- collaborate with the project manager to map out and deliver team objectives and priorities for the year based on company goals and product roadmap
- organize and coordinate the work of the team to effectively work on features together and with other teams in Demoware
- Career development, coaching and mentoring for other team member
Job Requirements
- Solid knowledge of the HTTP protocol-PostgreSQL- Django , Django Rest framework- Python Expert- Linux server environment-ideally Git- JavaScript -Database Knowledge (Microsoft SQL , Oracle) is preferred
