Job Description
- To achieve the main hospital core value “Patient-Centered Care” by excelling the communication, effective listening, problem-solving, and decision-making competencies.
- To minimize the DAMA “Discharge Against Medical Advice” rates and take the correct decisions that meet patients’ satisfaction.
- To analyze, and investigate the reasons for LAMA “Leaving Against Medical Advice” and executes the preventive actions that avoid recurrence.
- To manage the external and internal audit or inspections events in the ward by ensuring the validity, and accuracy of the required certificates and documents which saves the hospital from any legal penalties
- To guarantee high quality of discharge process, investigate the delay causes/constraints and excel the corrective actions which meet customer satisfaction and expectations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Medicine.
- MBA, TQM, or Hospital Management Diploma holder.
- Experience 2-4 Years in Medical Administration Field.
