Job Description
- Handling the projects from sales team and be responsible for it until the baseline schedule gets approved, this procedure will require the following:
- Full understanding of the construction drawings and specifications.
- WBS formation.
- Draft schedule if needed formatting, editing, or updating Baseline schedule using Primavera (p6) or Microsoft Project (MS Project)
- Revisions to the schedule until being approved.
- Monthly Update.
- Resource Loading or Cost Loading if needed
- Narrative Report for the baseline schedule or the monthly update if needed.
- Attend Zoom Meetings with clients
Job Requirements
- Working experience with primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Computer knowledge efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
- Broad understanding of U.S industry
- English fluency is a must ( Verbal and written)
- Ability to multi-task
- Functions effectively as part of a team
- Dependability
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor Degree in a construction-related field
- 3 to 5 years of related
- Experience within large-scale projects (educational or healthcare projects or higher)
