Job Description
Duties and Resposabilities:
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Set sales goals, operation plan, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
- Set KPIs for sales team to measure their performance.
- Recruit, hire, and train sales team
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Assess current team performance, processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coordinating with marketing agency to managing the campaigns.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products through doing market analysis, customer surveys and competition status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration Graduates only.
- 7:10 years experience in sales
- Minimum 3 years experience on a B2B or B2C sales team
- Very Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and High selling.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of people management – motivation, coaching, development and lead a team to meet quotas
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding of ERP systems and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Postgraduate study in management is a plus.
