Job Description
- Manage the customer’s expectations, demands, and Odoo implementations across the lifetime of their projects
- Coordinate the smooth transition from project work to a production environment with support and maintenance
- Provide advice and direction for Odoo solution design and ensure best fit with the customer’s requirements, coordinating with architects and the project manager
- You are responsible to lead the implementation project, help customers to use Odoo online platform in their business.

We are looking for Functional Consultants/Business Analysts and consultants to join our team responsible for ERP implementation projects. As a Functional Consultant, you will be the single point of contact for customers/clients, leading a project from beginning to end.
Your role will involve but not limited to:
- Gather and analyze customer requirements.
- Follow and check the development part.
- Provide customers with the best solutions to their problems.
- Implement Odoo based on requirements gathered.
- Provide the customer with functional assistance as well as training.
- Responding to Support Tickets and providing solutions.
- Possibility of traveling to clients' offices to provide on-site training.
- Support the sales team during pre-sale.
Job Requirements
- General knowledge of ERP applications and how they work.
- Odoo Experience is a must.
- Expert in Accounting Implementation and Supply chain is a plus
- Ability to speak both business process and technical process based on the audience that you are addressing, supporting, or working with.
- The ability to create BRDs
- Demonstrated ability to work with functional leaders and team members to discover, document, design, and implement business processes in an ERP application platform.
