Fekra is looking for a "Ruby on Rails Developers" with the following requirements
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Implementation of complex requirements as part of a development team in an agile environment.
- Contribute to the team's work with high-quality, well-tested and scalable code.
- Be involved in the whole development lifecycle.
- Know delivery goals and be familiar with the team roadmaps.
- Gather requirements from customers or other teams within the company.
- Ensure different issues are tracked and resolved on time.
- Contribute to the team and the company with own ideas for code, process improvement and new products.
Job Requirements
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience as a RoR Developer.
- Good knowledge of Git and branch management.
- Experience with frontend frameworks (angular or backbone or react)
- Cloud basics
- Microservices basics
- Docker basics
- Good knowledge of Design Patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Motivated to work in a dynamic team.
- Willing to propose innovative solutions to technical problems.
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with Agile Software Development.
- Passion and quick adoption of new technologies and concepts.
- Excellent conceptual, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Advanced ability in building healthy business relationships with customers.
