IT Help Desk needed at Metropolitan School Egypt
Location: New Cairo
Job scope:
- Troubleshoot PCs and laptops and printers.
- Troubleshoot network devices and camera system.
- Install and configure computer system.
- Managing domain controllers (Active directory , DNS)
- Troubleshoot information technology-related issues for both hardware and software. Including but not limited to (Cameras, Sound system, NVRs and ERP)
Job Requirements
Requirements needed:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in same position.
- Website Development; experience is a MUST.
- Previous experience in schools is preferable.
- Knowledge in A+ & N+ is a must.
- CCNA is preferable.
- Very good communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Active & customer service oriented.
- Fluent English language is a MUST.
