Job Description
- Identify annual marketing strategy and plan of the brand.
- Prepare marketing budget on annual basis; and update on a quarterly basis.
- Develop strategies and tactics to boost brand’s reputation.
- Plan, manage, and execute all MINI marketing activities including advertising, PR, digital and BTL campaigns.
- Manage all work with supporting agencies: Creative, PR, digital, BTL, and media buying agencies.
- Create media plans and handle media buying for advertising activities.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
- Monitor and report the spending of the budget, compare the actual spending versus budget.
- Link local activities with MINI regional office.
- Research competitors and industry news and trends and provide suggestions for improvements.
- Track social conversations about the brand and direct competition.
- Report social listening to BMW Group marketing manager.
- Build up and maintain relations with local media and key opinion leaders.
- Produce and circulate relevant articles and media releases.
- Create, update, and share key information related to the business.
- Anticipate, prepare for, and implement responses to crises and preemptive planning.
- Manage MINI social media presence.
- Manage MINI website and mobile app.
- Monitor regional and global social media pages.
- MINI showrooms quality control: Inspect, monitor, report and insure all branches are meeting retail quality standards and corporate identity are respected across all network.
- Create POS collaterals and artworks.
- Monitor & measure competitor's activities & performance.
- Support in marketing activities of sister brands if needed.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor degree in or associated with Marketing Major.
Work Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing
