Job Description
- Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recording of fixed assets.
- Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets.
- Manage Fixed Assets.( Maintain and update Fixed Assets register – Acquisitions ,Disposals, impairments ).
- Allocate tag numbers to fixed assets to effectively track them for time to time.
- Track, compile, and record project costs in fixed asset accounts; close out the accounts at the completion of the projects.
- Perform revision and update on the detailed schedule of accumulated depreciation and fixed assets.
- Prepare monthly journal entries(Acquisitions ,Disposals ,Depreciation ,etc..) according to company policies .
- Assist with Balance Sheet preparation and Monthly Accounts closure.
- Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
- Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.
- Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Males Only.
- ERP System Knowledge is preferred.
- Real Estate or Tourism Industry background is a great plus.
- Max age 30 years.
- Excellent PC skills and professionalism in MS is a must ( especially Excel including VLOOKUP's and pivot tables ).
